Annually each title will be reviewed by distribution to ensure that all route changes, income adjustments and home value modifications have been taken into account for the best possible reach to each and every client signed. Distribution will reach out with a new residential overview email detailing current mailing routes vs. recommended changes. Feel free to ask questions. As your publication(s) grows, this is also the time to check your tier for additional perks such as additional residential routes. Increasing routes means increased readership, reach and brand recognition and selling power!
Annual Residential Distribution Overview
Each year, the Distribution team will send you an email with your Residential Distribution Overview. This email includes:
- A summary of your current routes
- Recommended routes to keep

- If a hot new area is coming into play, check to see if it’s included. If not, set up a call with distribution to see how to best swap this area with one already chosen.
- If a specific area seems to be missing, set up a call with distribution to see why that is. Our magazines mail to full mailing routes, there could be something that is pulling the area out of contention. There are options.
