Social Media Access

Granting Access: Due to the structure of our franchise business model, all publication social media pages are managed under our corporate City Lifestyle Meta Business Account, meaning access must be granted at the corporate level. If you need to provide a team member access to your publication's social media pages, please submit a support ticket through ARC with their email address. Our corporate team will then send them an invitation to the Meta Business Suite, giving them access to both Facebook and Instagram. Upon receiving the invitation, your team member will use their personal Facebook credentials to accept, allowing them to easily toggle between their personal profile and the business page. "Admin" Access: Unfortunately, we cannot provide full Meta admin access, as all of our magazine accounts are housed under a single business suite and this would allow access to all accounts. However, if you need to grant or revoke access for anyone on your team, simply submit a support ticket with the user’s email address, and we’ll take care of it for you! Direct Instagram Access: Your team can access Facebook and Instagram through the Meta Business Suite. If you are needing to provide direct Instagram access (through the IG app/website), please submit a support ticket and the social media team can provide you the credentials to provide to your team member. Direct Facebook Access: The business page doesn't have a separate password; it’s accessed through your personal Facebook account. If you’re unsure of your personal Facebook password, you can reset it by selecting “Forgot Password” on the login page. To access the business page, click "See all profiles" after clicking your profile photo in the top right corner to toggle over.
